QML Pathology has a collection clinic located at Market Street Medical Practice. The onsite collection centre is open Monday to Friday 7.30am – 1.00pm, (closed from 11.30am – 12.00pm).

                 Attention All Patients

This is an important update about MyMedicare and Care Plans.
Some Care Plans (including Chronic Disease Mangement Plans and Mental
Health Care Plans) can only be completed at the practice a patient is
registered with under MyMedicare.

At this time, Market Street Medical is not registered with MyMedicare.

If you have previously signed up to MyMedicare at another clinic - even if you
may not remember doing so - your Care Plan and allied health referrals will
need to continue through that clinic.

If you are not registered anywhere under MyMedicare, your Care Plan can continue to be completed here as normal.
