Reception staff
We take pride in our experienced and capable reception staff - Anne , Margaret and Jan.

We operate an appointment system . Most appointments are booked for 15 minutes.
If you have a complex problem or several complaints and require a longer consultation , please advise the receptionist when you make an appointment. New patients are asked to make a long appointment to enable a full history to be taken. You will only be charged for the time taken for the consultation.

Please advise the staff on booking if you need to have a  medical or a procedure. Please ensure that your own sections of any paperwork for your medical have been completed in advance, and bring all paperwork with you to the consultation . Most medicals require a standard urine test and some pre-employment medicals require urine drug testing. Please check with your employer.

A limited number of appointments are reserved daily for urgent problems.
Please call early on the day, as they fill up quickly.

Please notify reception staff if you are unable to keep your appointment or if you are running late. Always notify reception on arrival. You may be asked to confirm your details to ensure our database is up to date.
